Where goods are in stock when ordered, dispatch is normally same day. However, payment by cheque may need bank clearance, in which case goods will be dispatched after 5 working days. Should we need to send the order in more than one dispatch due to availability, you will only be charged one postage (excluding Overseas Orders). On 48 and 24 hour delivery a signature will be required, so please notify us if you would like delivery to either a neighbour or work address.
Please always quote your home address for authorisation of credit cards. Order shut off time for next day delivery 2.00p.m.

What are your shipping charges?
Standard delivery (UK) Only: Please allow 3-5 working days, included in item cost.
Guaranteed 48 Hour delivery: We deliver in stock items within 48 hours to most areas of mainland Britain. Cost £6.75
Overseas delivery: We are happy to export orders to most countries in the world. If you are ordering outside of Europe, or a BFPO address, we do charge VAT.

Is your site secure?
Absolutely. During the order process, all personal information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
To be sure your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window during checkout. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) the SSL is active and your information is secure.

What is the purpose of having an account?
During the checkout process, your information will be saved to a secure account. This account allows you to log in to track orders and request returns or exchanges. The account includes your billing and shipping information for faster checkout next time. The personal information in your account is not accessible to or shared with any third parties.
Returns & Replacements
Refunds or exchanges will be made to any item returned in original packing (at the customers' own expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 30 days of receipt with prior warning of the return. Exchanges will be sent at the postal rate requested. High value goods returned for replacement, should be returned using either Registered Post or Special Delivery (this service includes loss insurance). On certain instances a collection service is available, please check for details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For purchases at, we accept payment by Credit or Debit Card including Switch, Maestro, Electron, Connect, Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express cards. We also accept payment by cheque made payable to Three Lows Enterprises. Please write your address and bankers card number on the reverse. Card payments and cheques will be processed on receipt. Paypal is also available.
Why do you require my email address?
Your email address is required so that we can communicate with you quickly and efficiently regarding your order(s). You will receive the following emails from us:
1. An order confirmation email will be sent after you click the "Complete Checkout" button.
2. Notification will be sent via email if there is a problem with your payment information, or if any additional charges (such as tax or additional shipping) may apply to your order and survey.
3. A shipping status email will be sent when your order's shipping information has been updated.
4. A final follow-up email will be sent 10 to 45 days after shipment to confirm your receipt of your order.

Do you charge VAT
All prices include VAT at the current rate of 20.0%. Should you require a VAT receipt please notify us at the time of ordering..
